Home Made Guest Studios are 5 modern and cosy studios in a 19th century building filled with history and character.

All the house and it’s studios have their original finishes, like high ceiling windows, wooden doors and floor. The original tiles of the entrance floor and walls were also kept - we love wondering about the stories they could tell…

The interior design features combined vintage and contemporary, with different styles, but all of them personally decorated with elegance and care, including personal and historic items.

All our studios have a kitchenette (american kitchen) and eating/living area. They are fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwaves, coffee machine, toaster, water boiler and kitchenware. They all have a private bathroom with towels, personal amenities, a shower and hairdryer. In order to have a perfect temperature, we also provide electrical heater and a fan. Every studio has a tv with cable channels and free fast wifi.
All our studios have access to a beautiful and green patio faced back where you can enjoy your breakfast, gather with your friends while having a glass of wine or simply relax while reading a book.

Our Services

We make your life easy while you stay with us, as we feature daily cleaning, free and fast wifi, a key coded street door for late checkin, luggage storage for late checkout.

We also provide other services/features on demand such as room service continental breakfast (6€ per person), baby cot, woven, iron board and iron/laundry service, transfer/taxi, booking tours/restaurants, bike and scooter rentals, amongst others. Please contact us for requests.

Home Made Guest Studios are perfect for couples, families, solo travelers and business travelers. And of course, we could not forget your furry friend, we are happy to welcome him as we are more than pet friendly, we are pet lovers.

Very soon we will open a new space: a little studio with an honesty bar, library with books and city guides and some items that you can shop and take as a memory of the great moments you have spent with us.

In order to help you have the best stay with us and fell Porto as a local, we have selected a unique range of suggestions, based on our own personal experiences and connections to locals. It is unique, as you will experience the real soul of Porto, off the typical tourist tracks, while enjoying true honest personal attention of Portuguese

Final note: We don't have a 24h reception. It is very important to give the predicted arrival time as soon as possible.
